BYSOL coordinators will answer all telephone calls for the clients to either transfer or to take messages, sort out mails and faxes and reserve meeting rooms without having an office in the building.

Notice

  • Minimum contract period of 12 months is required.
  • Additional service can be arranged upon request with service charge.
  • Business Registration Certificate is not available to be issued.

Basic Service

  1. √Business address, telephone and fax numbers.
  2. √Telephones answered by your company name.
  3. √Greeting service for visitors.
  4. √Mail handling and messages forwarded by emails.

Additional Service

  1. √Phone calls will be charged for telephone message delivery.
    (for urgent case)
  2. √Fax & Mail(s) posting charges apply.
  3. √15% DC for any meeting room use.
    (on 6th fl/ minimum use of 2hrs)
  4. √Professional Secretarial Service.
